Cynthia is the disgraced former head of the Middleton Cheer Squad. Despite a promising start to her career, which saw two landslide victories of the Middleton Pep Rally Dance Off, her loss at the 85th Annual Pep Rally marked the first time a Cheer squad had ever failed to secure victory.

Cynthia was known for many years as a high school superstar. As the head of the Cheerleader squad at Middleton High School, she held the most prestigious social position in Middleton society. She was known by all as arrogant, mean, and domineering as well as supremely talented, intelligent, and ambitious.
Cynthia's reign of popularity was cut abruptly short during the 85th Annual Pep Rally. Due to an accident during the Pep Rally Dance Off, Cynthia was dropped by Robertha, her Cheer underling, and smashed her leg in the process, leading to the first ever Cheerleader loss in Middleton History.
Cynthia's leg injury effectively ended her tenure as Cheer captain, and her historical failure will doubtlessly become Middletonian legend.
